Completed in May 2006, Villa Elsa has been designed and furnished with comfort in mind. With 3 bedrooms, all ensuite, it easily accommodates six people. To keep you cool the main living area and all 3 bedrooms are air conditioned.
The entrance to the villa leads you into a light and airy open plan lounge and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen. For your entertainment the cosy lounge area has satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a full compliment of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Just behind the kitchen is a utility room housing a washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities. You will also find a shower room on the ground floor.
A marble staircase takes you up to the first floor which has two ensuite bedrooms both with private balconies offering views of the bay. The first is a twin with shower room and the other a double with a bathroom and shower. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. There is also a small kitchenette, which along with the master bedroom, opens out onto the spacious top terrace with spectacular views over Kalamar Bay and its islands to the left and in front of you, olive groves and the Lycian Way to your right with the
Taurus mountains providing Villa Elsa’s backdrop. All bedrooms have dressing
areas with fitted wardrobes providing ample storage and hanging space.
Hairdryers and plug in mosquito repellents are provided. A safe is
also provided for our guests added security.
