- No smoking inside the villa (smoke detectors are fitted for our guests' protection)
- No pets (please do not encourage/allow the local cats or other wildlife to come into the villa)
- Not suitable for young children
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required against any breakages and damage. This will be refunded within 14 days of return of the villa keys providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the villa inventory.
Cancellations
Provided you give us more than 4 weeks notice (before the booked date of arrival at the villa) you will receive a full refund. If you give us less than 4 weeks notice you will receive a 75% refund.

Prices are quoted per week for the property.

Checking in and out times
Change over day is normally a Monday however during early and late season we may consider alternatives. We may occasionally have to specify a check in or check out time to allow our cleaners sufficient time to prepare the villa for the next group of guests. If your flight is later in the day you will be able to leave your bags in a secure place and have use of the pool area and downstairs cloakroom.
Note: The pool and local beach clubs will be closed between November and May, although you will still have access to the sea. During this period you may find a more limited choice of restaurants and bars available.
Disclaimer
Upon booking Villa Elsa you agree to the fact that we cannot be responsible for any personal injuries which may occur during your stay. Children should be supervised at all times, especially in the pool and surrounding area. Also, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Whilst the level of crime in the area is very low, during your stay at the
villa it is your responsibility to ensure that doors to the villa are locked
when you are not there.
We advise that you book full travel insurance as you
would with any holiday.
